ISX15 / X15 Non-EGR Exhaust Manifold Hardware & Gasket Kit | Bolt & Spacer (OEM-Style)

The Diesel Power Source® ISX15 / X15 Non-EGR Manifold Hardware & Gasket Kit (Bolt & Spacer) is a single-part-number install package for the DPS Non-EGR ISX15 / X15 Exhaust Manifold on non-EGR Cummins ISX15 and X15 engines. The non-EGR application is structurally simpler than the EGR version — no exhaust gas recirculation cooler attached to the manifold, no EGR-to-manifold gasket to seal — so this kit is built around that scope: manifold-to-head, turbo flange, and oil drain. Nothing extra.

This is the OEM-equivalent install kit, using flange bolts with spacers in the manifold-to-head positions. For high-mileage vocational use, fleet PM cycles, or applications where studs make future R&R easier, see the Stud & Nut version.

Pairs with the DPS Non-EGR ISX15 / X15 Exhaust Manifold (MAN1016 / MAN1017). The kit covers manifold-to-head bolts and spacers, all multi-section manifold gaskets, the turbo flange gasket, and the turbo flange hardware. No EGR gasket — by design, since this manifold doesn't have an EGR connection.

Built for Non-EGR Stock Replacement Work

Non-EGR ISX15 and X15 engines turn up in a few specific applications: trucks running outside U.S. emissions zones, off-highway equipment, marine and stationary installations, and fleet trucks that have had their EGR systems removed for off-road or competition use. All of these share one thing in common — when the manifold gets replaced, there's no EGR cooler that has to be remounted to it. Skipping that complexity simplifies the parts list, and this kit reflects that.

Stock-Spec Bolt-and-Spacer Mounting

The manifold-to-head install uses long flange bolts with 60mm spacers, the same configuration the OEM service manual specifies. For shops doing routine replacement work and fleets standardizing on factory-style hardware, this is the configuration the truck was built with.

Multi-Section Gasket Set

The DPS ISX15 manifold is multi-piece by design — pressed expansion joints absorb thermal movement so the cylinder head doesn't have to. That design only works when each section is sealed to the head with the correct gasket, which is why the kit includes the center gasket plus four end gaskets. Every joint on the head side is covered.

One Less Gasket to Worry About

The EGR-version kits include a manifold-to-EGR-cooler gasket. This kit doesn't, because the non-EGR manifold doesn't have that connection. One less part in the box is one less part to misplace on the bench during reassembly — small detail, but it adds up when you do this work on a regular basis.

Who This Kit Is For

  • Owner-operators and fleet maintenance shops servicing non-EGR Cummins ISX15 and X15 engines
  • Class 8 trucks running non-EGR-equipped ISX15 / X15 powertrains
  • Repair and resale shops doing stock-replacement manifold installs on non-EGR engines
  • Fleets that prefer the factory bolt-and-spacer mounting method
  • Builders who want all install hardware and gaskets in a single SKU

Key Features

  • Complete manifold install package — every gasket and fastener needed for the manifold and turbo install
  • OEM-style bolt-and-spacer mounting — matches Cummins factory service specification
  • Built for non-EGR engines — no EGR gasket since this manifold doesn't connect to an EGR system
  • Multi-section gasket set — center plus end gaskets sized for the DPS multi-piece manifold design
  • Direct fit for the DPS Non-EGR ISX15 / X15 Manifold
  • Single-source convenience — every gasket and fastener in one SKU

Benefits

  • Eliminates the need to source manifold gaskets, turbo studs, and mounting bolts from multiple suppliers
  • Reduces shop time per manifold replacement — every part needed is in one box
  • Matches Cummins service specifications for stock-replacement work
  • Improves long-term sealing across all manifold-to-head sections and turbo flange

Fitment

  • Cummins ISX15 and X15 non-EGR engines
  • Pairs with the Diesel Power Source® Non-EGR ISX15 / X15 Exhaust Manifold (MAN1016 / MAN1017)
  • Class 8 commercial trucks running non-EGR ISX15 / X15 powertrains
  • Fits all DPS multi-section ISX15 / X15 non-EGR manifolds with the factory-style turbo flange

Note: This kit is for the non-EGR ISX15 / X15 manifold. If your engine is EGR-equipped, see the ISX15 / X15 EGR Manifold Hardware Kit, which adds the EGR gasket. If you're running the DPS T6 performance manifold for S400 frame turbos, see the T6 hardware kit instead.

Frequently Asked Questions

Look at the existing exhaust manifold. EGR-equipped engines have a port on the manifold where exhaust gas is routed back into a cooler and then to the intake — typically visible as a flanged opening with a coolant-jacketed cooler bolted to it. Non-EGR engines don't have that port or cooler. If you're not certain, the build sheet for your engine and chassis will specify EGR or non-EGR configuration.

It works as the install hardware if the truck has been converted to a non-EGR manifold (MAN1016 / MAN1017). It does not provide the EGR-delete plates or block-off hardware needed to seal an EGR-equipped manifold; that's a separate scope. This kit assumes you've already moved the engine to a non-EGR manifold configuration.

In the U.S., most over-the-road Class 8 trucks built since 2010 run EGR-equipped engines for emissions compliance. Non-EGR ISX configurations are more common in off-highway, marine, agricultural, industrial, and export markets, and on competition trucks. If your truck is a typical fleet OTR rig, the EGR-version kit is more likely the correct fit — verify before ordering.
