The Diesel Power Source® ISX15 / X15 T6 Performance Manifold Hardware & Gasket Kit (Bolt & Spacer) is a complete install package for the DPS T6 ISX Performance Exhaust Manifold, the manifold built for ISX15 and X15 builds running aftermarket S400 frame turbochargers with a T6 inlet flange. The kit covers everything from the manifold-to-head install to the T6 turbo mounting — the divided turbo gasket, the multi-section manifold gaskets, and the T6 4-bolt flange hardware.
This is the OEM-equivalent install configuration, using long flange bolts and spacers in the manifold-to-head positions. It's a performance manifold but a familiar mounting method — the right pairing if your shop is comfortable with stock-style fastener workflow on a high-horsepower build, or if the truck won't see the kind of teardown frequency that justifies studs. For builders running big boost or repeated R&R cycles, the Stud & Nut version is engineered around that load case.

A Performance Manifold With Familiar Mounting
The T6 manifold is the upgrade path for ISX15 and X15 builds chasing horsepower with an aftermarket S400 frame turbo. The T6 flange is significantly larger than the factory ISX flange, with four large fasteners arranged for a divided pulse design that keeps front-bank and rear-bank exhaust pulses separated until they reach the turbine — measurably better spool on big-frame turbos. None of that complicates the manifold-to-head install. The manifold mounts to the head the same way the stock-replacement manifolds do.
OEM-Spec Manifold-to-Head Mounting
Twelve M10 long flange bolts pass through the manifold flange, through 60mm spacers, and into threaded bores in the cylinder head. Two shorter flange bolts handle the end positions. This is the same mounting configuration the stock-replacement Bolt & Spacer kits use — familiar workflow for any shop that has installed an ISX15 manifold before.
T6 Divided Flange Gasket and Hardware
Where the install diverges from a stock-flange job is at the turbo. The T6 4-bolt mounting pattern is significantly larger than the stock turbo flange, and the divided gasket is shaped to match the pulse-divided turbine inlet. The kit includes 2 studs, 2 flange bolts, and 4 DIN6923 serrated flange nuts for the T6 mounting — the standard T6 fastener arrangement.
Multi-Section Gasket Set
Same multi-section gasket scope as the stock-replacement kits — center gasket plus four end gaskets to seal each segment of the multi-piece manifold to the cylinder head. The DPS expansion-joint design only protects the head if every section seals individually, and that's what these gaskets are for.
