Better Mold Design = Better Flow
Unlike competitors who repurpose 12V rectangular port molds and machine them down for 24V round ports, we use a dedicated round-port mold designed specifically for 24V heads. This delivers better port shape, flow efficiency, and EGT balance.
Why Not Oversized Tubes?
Some manifolds advertise “huge runners,” but this slows exhaust velocity, bottlenecks at the turbo flange, and reduces performance. We’ve tested competitors’ designs that dropped horsepower by 40 HP. In contrast, our manifold typically adds 10–18 HP on a 400 HP truck.
Superior to Stainless & One-Piece Manifolds
Stock and stainless steel manifolds shrink under heat, causing cracks, misalignment, and gasket failure. Stainless steel expands up to twice as much as ductile iron. Our 3-piece manifold uses precision expansion joints to allow safe thermal movement without warping—solving the “manifold shrinkage” issue for good.
CFD-Engineered for Power & Spool-Up
Our manifold is CFD-designed to keep exhaust gas velocity high, improve turbo responsiveness, and equalize temps across cylinders. It's built like a turbine housing—strong, heat-resistant, and made for performance.
Note: This manifold is CARB exempt and fully legal for use in California.
**When upgrading to the Spin Lock Bolt or Multi-Layer Gasket Kit, please note that these are upgraded components. The standard bolts and gaskets will not be included with the upgrade option.
