Our advanced design provides a balanced flow to the turbocharger, boosting efficiency and cooling exhaust temperatures by an impressive 75-100 degrees, due to 22% better exhaust flow. Also we hydraulically press the manifold pieces together for NO LEAK fitment, much better when compared to the seal-type manifolds.

- Hardware & Gasket Kit — Bolt & Spacer (OEM-Style) — adds the multi-section MLS gaskets, EGR gasket, turbo flange gasket, oil drain gasket, OEM-style bolt-and-spacer manifold mounting hardware, and turbo flange hardware needed to complete a full manifold and turbo install.
- Hardware & Gasket Kit — Stud & Nut (Performance Upgrade) — same gasket scope as the Bolt & Spacer kit, with stud-and-nut manifold mounting and DIN6923 serrated flange nuts. Built for long-haul OTR, high-mileage, and vocational applications.
Installation Notes:
- One of the upgrade kits is required to complete the install — the manifold ships bare without gaskets or mounting hardware.
- Choose the Bolt & Spacer kit for OEM-spec replacement work; choose the Stud & Nut kit for long-haul or vocational applications where future manifold removal matters.
- The DPS multi-piece manifold requires the matching gasket set included in either upgrade kit — single-piece factory gaskets will not seal correctly across the expansion-joint architecture.

About the Manifold Joint Seal
Every DPS multi-piece manifold uses a hard, metal-to-metal press-fit seal at each joint — no gasket. The seal tightens through thermal expansion and performs best at driving temperatures (750°F and higher). Minor leakage at cold or idle is normal and expected on any joint-style manifold and is not a sign of a defective part.
