2-Piece Performance Bus & RV Cummins Exhaust Manifold for 1998.5-2007 Cummins 5.9L Motorhome
Manifold Comes With:
- New Bolts
- 6 Steel Gaskets
The Diesel Power Source 2-Piece Manifold for the 24V & Common Rail engines is a great performance manifold and a factory replacement manifold. Cast from high nickel Ductile Iron (which can handle high heat). We've designed this manifold based on Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD) Testing, which will results in quicker turbo spool-up, and increases exhaust gas efficiency.
Stock manifolds are known to shrink significantly, causing manifold-cracking, gasket problems, and exhaust flow problems created by exhaust port misalignment. Our Exhaust Manifold, on the other hand, allows manifold to expand and contract with heat, eliminating warping and cracking to the manifold, eliminating the dreaded manifold shrinkage.
The 2-Piece Manifold vastly improves exhaust flow allowing better fuel efficiency, quicker turbo spool-up, increasing overall horsepower and torque, and cooling the end cylinders much better. It also has a divided scroll design to improve spool-up.
This exhaust manifold is generally used on RV's Buses, and Fummins (Ford Cummins Conversions).
RV Exhaust Manifold Features Include:
- T3 Turbo Exhaust Flange
- Excellent exhaust flow characteristics lower EGT’s, improves overall performance.
- Drilled/Tapped ports, two sizes, for pyrometer and pressure fitting.
- Black High Temperature Coating
- Comes pressed together, pressure tested and ready to install.
- CNC Ported
- 2 Piece Design does not crack
**When upgrading to the Spin Lock Bolt or Multi-Layer Gasket Kit, please note that these are upgraded components. The standard bolts and gaskets will not be included with the upgrade option.
**DPS Exhaust Manifolds have been granted an exemption by CARB, which means they are legal to be installed and used in the state of California
