The Diesel Power Source® S300 VGT Ball Bearing Turbo & Manifold Package combines the DPS S300 Ball Bearing Turbonator® VGT turbocharger with the DPS 2-piece high-flow exhaust manifold into one complete bolt-on upgrade for 2007.5–2018 Dodge Ram 6.7 Cummins trucks. This package replaces your factory HE300VG or HE351VE turbo and your factory exhaust manifold in a single installation, delivering 71% more turbo airflow and significantly improved exhaust flow from the manifold.

Replacing the turbo and manifold together ensures both components are matched for optimal performance, reduces total installation time, and eliminates two of the most common 6.7 Cummins failure points (worn VGT turbo and cracked manifold) in one job.

Why Replace Turbo and Manifold Together on the 6.7 Cummins

The factory 6.7 Cummins exhaust manifold is prone to cracking and warping over time, especially on trucks that tow regularly. A cracked manifold creates exhaust leaks that reduce turbo efficiency and increase EGTs. At the same time, the factory HE300VG/HE351VE turbo is one of the most commonly replaced components on this platform due to actuator failures and worn VGT vanes.

    Been lookin for a bolton VGT for my S300 turbo. Nice spool up, exhaust brake, all the bells and whistles. Great guys at DPS to work with.
