Fummins Compound Turbo Swap Kit | Twin Turbo Kit for Ford Cummins Conversion

Fits All Ford Cummins Swaps – From Stock to 1300 HP

Control EGTs, Increase Horsepower, and Improve Driveability

DPS Fummins Compound Turbo Kits are engineered for all Ford Cummins conversion builds—whether you're using a Ford 6.0 to Cummins conversion kit, a 6.4 Cummins swap, or another custom configuration. Designed to clear the heater and A/C core, our kits fit tight to the block and run exceptionally well.

Turbo Stage Selector:

  • Stage 2.5 – 625 HP: S362/68/.70 over S475
  • Stage 4 – 675 HP: S363/68/.70 over S475
  • Stage 4.5 – 675 HP: Ball Bearing S363/68/.70 over S480
  • Stage 5 – 700 HP: S363/73/.80 over S475
  • Stage 5.5 – 750 HP: Ball Bearing S363/73/.80 over S480
  • Stage 8 – 1100 HP: S366/73/.80 over S480
  • Stage 8.5 – 1100 HP: Ball Bearing S366/73/.80 over S480

Note: For 6.7L Cummins engines, use Stage 6 or higher.

Features & Benefits:

  • Race-comp housing flows 9% more air (S400)
  • Clears heater core—tight fit for all Ford chassis
  • Wastegated for adjustable boost control
  • Includes 3-piece performance exhaust manifold with pre-tapped pyro ports
  • Super high-flow air filter
  • Kevlar/Nomex-lined silicone charge pipe (better flow and fitment than steel)
  • High-pressure metal charge pipe & cast hot pipe
  • Steel braided oil supply & stainless oil drain lines
  • S400 atmospheric turbo + DPS S300 high-pressure turbo with 360° thrust bearing
  • Reduces EGTs by 250–450°F vs. single turbo
  • HP gain: 22% to 30% depending on setup
  • CFD-tested for unmatched airflow and performance

Why DPS Compound Turbos Perform Better:

  • Dual compressors deliver cooler air (over 100°F cooler than single turbo)
  • Boost-to-drive pressure is nearly 1:1—more cylinder power on intake stroke
  • Extra air molecules cool the chamber, like a jet engine bypass system
  • More complete combustion = more usable torque and horsepower

Recommended Engine Prep:

  • 1988–2002: Head studs over 48 PSI, fire rings over 55 PSI
  • 2003–2007: Head studs over 55 PSI, fire rings over 65 PSI
  • 2007.5–2018: Head studs over 48 PSI, fire rings over 55 PSI

All DPS compound systems can run 55+ PSI, adjustable based on build.

Exhaust Note:

A downpipe is not included. We provide a machined V-band adapter for welding a 4" or 5" pipe. A close-fit 2nd Gen Dodge downpipe is available for $175 (may need slight modification).

Fitment & Customization Notes:

Our Fummins kits are compatible with Ford 6.0L, 6.4L, and gas-to-Cummins conversions. While these kits are designed to clear tight Ford engine bays, every swap is unique. Installer must route intercooler, intake, and exhaust tubing based on the custom engine bay layout (alternator, batteries, intercooler type, etc.).

Disclaimer: Due to the custom nature of Ford/Cummins, Chevy/Cummins, and other conversions, some fabrication may be required for full integration with the truck’s intake, exhaust, and intercooler systems.

Thanks so much guys, fummins compounds fit like a glove. 97 f350 with 74k original miles , 6k on 24 valve Cummins & 47re swap ,shackle reversal , cross over steering and around 10 inch of lift .rolling on 37s .funny thing is I built this to pull our toy hauler. Can’t wait to pull with compounds. By the way I have to tell you I was skeptical of a fummins compound kit due to the lack of space but your guys on the phone assured me this kit would work. Wish I would have found you guys before I first installed my Cummins with a single BD turbo

These kits just fit and work with the HVAC box. I did have to modify the downpipe but I knew that going into the project. Dropped a 5.9L12V into a 2005 F350. Awesome power and torque, now just need to get the trans built.

  • Best compound kit for Ford/Cummins project

This kit just fits! I went with the smaller 62/65 with s475 for my 2002 Excursion conversion. Best family tow vehicle. The kit fit and you told me I would have to modify the downpipe to fit and I just had a muffler shop do a custom fit downpipe and exhaust for me. We look forward to many more years of family camping with this new setup! Thanks DPS
