3rd Gen Cummins Compound Turbo Kits | 2003–2007 5.9 Cummins
From stock power up to 1100 HP, DPS 3rd Gen compound turbo kits fit like OEM and attach directly to the factory exhaust while retaining the factory battery location. Designed for 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007 Cummins trucks, these kits provide maximum power and drivability.
Available S300 over S400 Turbo Stages:
- Stage 2.5 – 625 HP: S362/68/.70 over S475
- Stage 3 – 650 HP: S362/68/.70 over S480
- Stage 3.5 – 625 HP: Ball Bearing S362/68/.70 over S475
- Stage 4 – 650 HP: S363/68/.70 over S475
- Stage 4B – 675 HP: S363/68/.70 over S480
- Stage 4.5 – 650 HP: Ball Bearing S363/68/.70 over S475
- Stage 4.5B – 675 HP: Ball Bearing S363/68/.70 over S480
- Stage 5 – 700 HP: S363/73/.80 over S475

How to Choose Your Compound Kit:
- Estimate your horsepower (add ~25% with compounds)
- Select the stage based on your target HP
- Consider adding a Turbonator® VGT for faster spool-up and exhaust braking
- Optional ball bearing upgrade for quicker spool (150–200 RPM faster)

Installation Notes:
Head studs recommended for 55+ PSI boost, fire rings for 65+ PSI. Kits are adjustable and capable of over 55 PSI. These kits do not have a CARB exemption; however, our exhaust manifolds do.
