DPS Turbonator® VGT/INT are patented and patent pending technology which is much different than the factory Cummins/Holset VGT turbos. They are the most efficient turbo we have ever tested, in both real-world tests and computer CFD flow models. When combined with the DPS Dual Ceramic Ball Bearing technology the competition is literally left in the dust. Our S366 ball bearing VGT turbo spools similar to a stock turbo with nearly double the air flow (CFM).

  • So Pleased! 5

After replacing two of the factory turbos on my 2013 ram I said enough and was looking for a 2nd gen S464 swap kit. I found DPS 3gen kit for a lot less money, budget was tight so I went with DPS and so glad I did. I got their 66/74 S366 billet at their recommendation. My truck has about 200* lower egts and way better power, it doesn't feel so choked up. Install only took about 3 hrs, if I wasn't already deleted it would have been longer. I did lose my exhaust brake, but hoping to get the dps Turbonator with tax money in a few months. I'm really happy with it so far!

  • DPS will not disappoint 5

So I just purchased one of these guys 3rd gen swap kits and let me tell you: WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Should have done this a long time ago, I have a 2018 with a manual trans and I decided to go with the s366 option. Absolutely hands down would never want a VGT ever again! Being a manual, the VGT affects how you shift believe it or not, after I installed the s366 this truck shifts amazing! If you are thinking about doing a third gen swap on your truck, DPS will not disappoint

2016 ram 3500. The truck is really responsive and dosen't hiccup when you let off the throttle. The old turbo and manifold were seized together but the swap went together with ease and a lot less cussing and skinned hands. Love the 3rd gen exhaust tone.

I love my 2nd Gen Swap on my 2012 6.7 Cummins but it is my daily driver and hated the spool up but when it lights it pulls like a freight train. I know have the best of both worlds with this housing for my s467.7, it spools awesome and makes it great for a daily driver!

  • BEST DECISION EVER! 5

Posted by Gary Redd on Mar 16, 2023

Best decision ever, was to get rid of the stock turbo. I went with your 66 turbo with stock fueling and the performance has been what you said it would be. I look forward to getting your VGT turbo housing soon.

After paying way too much for a stock replacement turbo, I looked into this kit. I had several items removed from the engine and went with a 3rd Gen Swap . I went fixed turbo and love it have several thousand miles on it now and waiting to get the Turbonator turbo
