6.7L Cummins EGR Plate Kit | 4G \& 5G
The Diesel Power Source® 6.7L Cummins EGR Plate Kit includes the two block-off plates needed to seal the EGR ports on the DPS 4G T4i and 5G exhaust manifolds when the truck's EGR system has been removed. The kit pairs with both the DPS 4G T4i 6.7L Exhaust Manifold (MAN0140) and the DPS 5G 6.7L Exhaust Manifold (MAN0179).
For previously deleted trucks only. DPS does not provide delete components Buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.
What This Kit Does
The 6.7L Cummins exhaust manifold has two EGR ports — a large port where the EGR cooler bolts to the manifold, and a smaller port for the EGR feed line. When a truck's EGR system is removed for off-road use, both ports need to be sealed so exhaust gas exits only through the turbocharger. This kit includes both block-off plates sized to fit the DPS 4G T4i and 5G manifolds.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. The kit includes the large and small block-off plates sized to fit both the DPS 4G T4i Exhaust Manifold (MAN0140) and the 5G Exhaust Manifold (MAN0179). One kit covers either application.
Mounting hardware for the block-off plates is included with the DPS hardware and gasket kits (GAS0133 for 4G, GAS0152 for 5G). For trucks not using a DPS hardware kit, the factory EGR mounting hardware can typically be reused but it is not recommended to do so.
No. This kit is only needed when the EGR system has been removed for off-road use. If you're keeping the factory EGR cooler in place, the hardware to reattach it is included in the GAS0133 or GAS0152 hardware kit.
