HE300VG Turbo & Exhaust Manifold Package for 6.7 Cummins | 2007.5–2018 Ram 2500/3500

This Diesel Power Source® turbo and manifold package combines the two most common 6.7 Cummins replacement components into one complete kit for 2007.5–2018 Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks. This is a direct factory VGT replacement that keeps your truck running the OEM-style variable geometry turbo platform with full exhaust brake, warm-up, and emissions compatibility. The package includes a DPS HE300VG VGT turbocharger with brand-new pre-calibrated actuator, the DPS T4i 2-piece high-flow exhaust manifold, a multi-layer turbo and manifold gasket kit, and a spin lock bolt kit with studs and nuts. Everything you need for a complete turbo and manifold replacement in one box.

Three turbo sizes are available to match your power goals. All three options maintain factory VGT function, exhaust brake, warm-up features, and emissions compatibility while delivering improved airflow, faster spool-up, and lower EGTs compared to the factory turbo and manifold.

Why Replace the Turbo and Manifold Together?

On the 6.7 Cummins, turbo failures and manifold failures are closely related. A cracked or warped manifold causes exhaust leaks that reduce the exhaust energy reaching the turbocharger, forcing the turbo to work harder to maintain boost. This accelerates bearing wear, actuator fatigue, and vane sticking. Meanwhile, a failing turbo that can't maintain proper boost creates higher EGTs and increased backpressure, which accelerates manifold cracking.

Replacing only one component often leads to a second failure shortly after, along with the labor cost of going back into the same job. This package solves both problems at once with fresh sealing surfaces, new MLS gaskets, new studs, and matched components that are designed to work together. It also saves labor compared to doing two separate jobs on the same truck.

  • DPS HE300VG Turbocharger — Brand-new pre-calibrated electronic actuator (not remanufactured), forged milled compressor wheel (63mm and 66mm options), VSR high-speed balanced, no core charge
  • DPS T4i 2-Piece Exhaust Manifold — High-silicon ductile iron, 2-piece expansion joint design, 62% flow increase over stock, pre-drilled pyrometer ports, fully EGR compatible
  • Multi-Layer Turbo & Manifold Gasket Kit — MLS gaskets for both the manifold-to-head and turbo-to-manifold connections
  • Spin Lock Bolt Kit — Serrated flange bolts, studs, and nuts for secure manifold installation

Important: Speed sensor is not included with the turbo. Transfer the speed sensor from your original turbocharger during installation.

Tuning note: The stock-size HE300VG requires no tuning. The 63mm and 66mm options benefit from tuning and supporting modifications to take full advantage of the increased airflow.


Fitment

This package fits 2007.5–2018 Ram 2500 and 3500 pickup trucks with the 6.7L Cummins engine and factory HE351VE or HE300VG turbocharger (T4i flange). Select your exact model year at checkout so DPS can configure the correct turbo and actuator for your truck.

Does NOT fit 2013–2018 Cab & Chassis models (Ram 3500/4500/5500). These trucks use a different manifold configuration and turbo orientation.

    Ram 3500 Dually 475k miles and counting. Ive been workin on trucks for 20+ years and this was hands down one of the easiest installs. Threw this HE300VG turbo and manifold package on my 2012 Ram 6.7 and she bolted up slick. No mods no BS. Dropped it in, torqued it down, it fired right up. The spool up is way quicker than stock, and Im pullin my loaded flatbed through the Rockies with no problem. Props to Diesel Power Source for making it easy for us working guys.
