Stock manifolds are known to shrink significantly, causing manifold-cracking, gasket problems, and exhaust flow problems created by exhaust port misalignment. The Diesel Power Source 2-Piece 12 valve Manifold, on the other hand, allows manifold to expand and contract with heat, eliminating warping and cracking to the manifold, eliminating the dreaded manifold shrinkage.
The 2-Piece Manifold vastly improves exhaust flow allowing better fuel efficiency, quicker turbo spool-up, increasing overall horsepower and torque, and cooling the end cylinders much better. It also has a divided scroll design to improve spool-up.
