  • Race housing flows 9% more air and has a ported shroud/elbow outlet
  • 3-piece exhaust manifold with built-in pyro ports
  • Silicone low-pressure charge pipe with Kevlar/Nomex lining
  • Chrome-plated aluminum high-pressure charge pipe
  • Steel braided oil supply lines and stainless oil drain lines
  • S400 atmospheric turbo with DPS billet compressor wheel
  • Small turbo with 150% greater wastegate capacity
  • Support bracket for large turbo
  • Adjustable boost pressure with optional upgrades
  • Includes intercooler hose for most Ford applications

  • Air Filter, Cast Hot Pipe
  • Support Bracket for S400
  • 3-Piece Exhaust Manifold (pyro ports pre-tapped)
  • Complete Intake System
  • Silicone & Aluminum Charge Pipes

  • Gaskets, V-Band Clamps, T-Bolt Clamps, Mounting Hardware
  • Exhaust Adapter (S400 to pipe)
  • Installation Instructions

Performance Highlights:

  • Supports 350–850 HP builds with fast spool-up and stock-like driveability
  • EGTs reduced by 300–500°F compared to single turbos
  • Boost-to-drive pressure ratio nears 1:1 for more efficient combustion
  • Improved torque across the entire RPM range
  • Designed using CFD & CAD/CAM software for factory-like fitment

Why DPS Compound Turbos Work So Well:

  • Cooler intake air from dual-stage compressors (100+°F cooler than singles)
  • Higher cylinder pressure improves intake stroke power
  • Extra air molecules act as heat sinks, like jet engine bypass cooling
  • More complete combustion and increased fuel efficiency

Important Notes:

  • Downpipe not included, but V-band adapter provided (welds to 4" or 5" exhaust)
  • Head studs recommended for:
    • 2007.5–2012: Over 50 PSI (Fire Rings 55+ PSI)
    • 2003–2007: Over 55 PSI (Fire Rings 65+ PSI)
    • 1989–2002: Over 48 PSI (Fire Rings 55+ PSI)
  • Newer Ford trucks may need a custom intercooler hose

Installation Considerations:

All Cummins conversion kits (Ford, Chevy, etc.) are considered custom applications. While this kit is engineered for close-fit clearance, routing intercooler piping, intake, and exhaust is the responsibility of the installer. Components like alternators, batteries, and intercoolers vary across builds, so some fabrication may be necessary.

This is the best-performing twin turbo kit for Ford 6.0 to Cummins swaps, Excursion Cummins swaps, and other Fummins projects.

I bought this kit for my 2004 Super Duty and what an improvement of stock! It already is a tight fit in the engine bay but it is very doable for the do it yourself person. Spools up real quick no lag. Definitely want to try and add a tuner soon.
