The Diesel Power Source® ISX Cast Elbow Kit is a direct-replacement turbine exhaust outlet connection for Cummins ISX15, X15, and ISX engines. This kit replaces the factory cast elbow at the turbo exhaust outlet and includes a new exhaust outlet gasket. Fits any ISX engine with OEM part numbers 3689539 or 3689540.
