DPS T4 Exhaust Manifold for Dodge Cummins T4 manifold is a 3-Piece design to prevent cracking. Cummins exhaust manifold for AFTERMARKET turbo on Dodge Ram (NOT FACTORY TURBO). Our Dodge Cummins Exhaust Manifold fits all 5.9 & 6.7 24V heads.   • Flow tested and balanced for smooth, balanced exhaust flow, while maintaining velocity for increased turbo spool up

 Note:  This is NOT a factory replacement.  Factory turbos are a difference flange size. This is for use with T4 Turbochargers ONLY which are all aftermarket.  The Dodge Cummins exhaust manifold is not T4 turbo flange.

A great performance manifold for the larger T-4 Turbos.  Steed speed T4 manifolds are much more expensive and will not flow as efficient as Diesel Power Source Cummins T4 manifold.

Some modifications to engine and/or vehicle will be necessary, as the stock turbos are not T-4 flanges.

This 3 Piece 24 valve Manifold is cast from Ductile Iron similar to your turbine housing (which can handle extreme heat, without much expansion or shinkage).  With our CFD design capabilities we make the best Cummins T4 manifold on the market, both for flow, fit and function. 

Stock manifolds and one-piece competitor manifolds are known to shrink significantly, even Steed Speed T4 manifolds move a lot with heat, causing manifold-cracking, gasket problems, and exhaust flow problems created by exhaust port misalignment. Even stainless steel manifolds will shrink significantly, causing misalignment.  The dirty little secret is that competitor's stainless steel actually moves (expands and contracts) more than ductile iron does.  Our 3 Piece Manifold, on the other hand, allows manifold to expand and contract with heat, eliminating warping and cracking to the manifold, eliminating the dreaded manifold shrinkage.

 

**DPS Exhaust Manifolds have been granted an exemption by CARB, which means they are legal to be installed and used in the state of California, on vehicles 2007 and before.**
