How to Choose Your Kit:

Multiply your current horsepower by 1.25 to estimate post-install HP. Choose the appropriate stage, Cummins year, Turbonator® VGT option, and any large turbo upgrades using the dropdowns on this page.

  • Computer flow model tested using CFD for precision air and exhaust performance
  • Lower EGTs by up to 500°F
  • Up to 30% horsepower increase (e.g., 500 HP truck gains 125–150 HP)

Fits all 5.9L and 6.7L Dodge Cummins trucks from 1988–2018 including:

1988–1993 | 1994–1998 | 1998.5–2002 | 2003–2007 | 2007.5–2018

Additional Notes:

  • Head studs recommended for:
    • 1988–2002 engines over 48 psi
    • 2003–2007 over 55 psi
    • 2007.5–2018 over 45 psi
  • Fire rings suggested for boost levels over 55–65 psi depending on year
  • 2002 & older kits include a 4” downpipe; 2003+ bolt to factory exhaust
  • Not CARB exempt (our exhaust manifolds are)
  • 2nd Gen trucks with auto transmissions require trans cooler relocation (available for $149)
